Shipping
Our products are made to order, the production time is approximately 3-5 business days before the items will be shipped. Multiple items may ship in different packages from different locations.
All orders are processed as received; we do not offer rush shipping or processing.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide tracking on all packages. If the tracking shows that it was delivered, unfortunately there is nothing more that we can do.

Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, in an unexpected state, or if you receive the wrong item. We can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. We may request pictures of the item and packaging in order to submit an insurance claim with the shipping provider.
If you change your mind about an item, you may return them to me for credit towards a new purchase, or for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
